I bought a new treadmill about two months ago, and I had to take a few minutes today to write a Sole F63 treadmill review to share with other people just what I think about it. This is not the first treadmill I have owned, and in the past I have owned a few truly cheap models that have left me feeling uncomfortable and unsafe on the machine. These were rather dull, boring machines that didn’t offer any versatility to my workouts, and ultimately they made me start to dread an activity that I usually love running. So I wanted to let you know how this machine has given me a different experience.
The Comfort Factor
In my Sole F63 treadmill review, I first want to talk about the shock absorption feature of this system. I’m not exactly a spring chicken anymore, but I do want to keep running and staying on top of my health. The shock absorption system in this machine helps me to avoid those after pains I used to get after a run, thus making me far more comfortable. It also has integrated speakers built right into it so I can plug in my tunes and get into my zone.
Fun Workouts
When I run outside, I rarely run the same route twice. I know some people do, but I enjoy the freedom that running allows, so I will usually cruise down one street or head down a new hiking and bike trail. In my Sole F63 treadmill review, I want to say that with six different workouts along with two more customizable ones, I can really vary my indoor running experience. Often, though, I find myself using the manual controls for speed and incline so I can get that fully customized, free experience I get when I run outdoors.

The bottom line is that this is a treadmill that I am truly thrilled to workout on every day. It is wonderful to run on, and it is far superior to other machines I’ve owned. If you are looking for that same experience, you will want to try the Sole F63.
